Do you ever have one of those weekends?
Well I just got done with one.
This Saturday I was at church at Saturday Night (www.sntlc.com) and we had a great service, which was about the only good thing this weekend, and I left early so I could go home and study all night for my finals which were all on Monday. So, I get home and I begin to study a little bit, but around 12.30 my wife and I make our all to familiar trip to my father's donut shop to get donuts for the church that I work at for Sunday morning. We are going up I-44 and I get off an exit early on 21st street, I don't know why I got off an exit early, it was completely unintentional. In fact I looked at my wife and said, "That's weird, why did I get off an exit early?" Well, anyways, I get to the light at the end of the exit ramp, there is a red light, so I bring my vehicle to a halt, look both ways, no cars. I take my right turn into the first lane and WHAM! What followed was some incoherent yelling and watching another car spark its way across the median of the road about a half a block up the street. That's right you heard it here first, probably, I was in a wreck and it was my fault. Thank God no one was hurt, but his car was surely totaled and my car is under inspection right now, but I am convinced it is totaled as well.
So, needless to say, I didn't get to study Saturday night, which honestly I probably wouldn't have got much done, but the wreck still sucks. As a result of all that nonsense I stayed up all night Sunday night studying for my finals, which was not nearly enough time, which is my fault, partially. I took my finals on Monday exausted and I don't think I did too well.
So let's recap: Wreck, All-Nighter Studying, Finals without much preparation.
This is why I haven't been writing lately, but thankfully I am on a break from school until the second week of January, so I should update more often, hopefully.
Pray for my car situation and DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD CHEAP CAR I COULD BUY?
